Military Technical Recruiting is Hiring a Maintenance and Facilities Manager Near West Sacramento, CA
- Supervise, coordinate, train, and provide leadership support to a team of 5 maintenance technicians
- Plan and oversee all repair, service, and installation activities
- Ensuring overall safety, organization, and efficiency of the Maintenance Team
- Oversee actions of the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory
- Manage budget goals and ordering of manufacturing parts
Requirements
- Effective maintenance program leadership and supervisory exp is a must (specifically in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable)
- A Technical or Engineering degree or relevant high level military training program
- Equipment knowledge including boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, packaging equipment, natural gas systems
- Experience with frozen food production and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems are a plus
- PLC and automation experience are a plus
